I am currently doing teletherapy sessions. Afternoon and early evening times available. I specialize in relationship issues and relational trauma, working with adults who have histories of abuse, neglect, abandonment, betrayal, and loss. When these experiences haven't been resolved, they can manifest in a range of ways--as symptoms (anxiety, depression, anger, stress); or as compulsive behaviors (substance abuse, self-injury, sexuality that feels out of control, disordered eating, internet use).
They are also often manifest in the way people feel about themselves (a lack of self-worth, a sense of isolation from other people) or problems in relationships (an inability to trust, express emotions, or feel close). My approach is a good fit for people who have dealt with multiple issues or who have experienced long-term symptoms.
