Conifer Counseling and Therapy Services- Sara, MA, LPC, Counselor in Pine
We specialize in helping individuals become more effective within themselves, their families, and the community. We support individuals in their desire to heal and improve their quality of life. Specifically, I work best with adolescents and adults with acute, chronic and complex trauma desiring treatment through EMDR.
Most recently, I have focused on treating adolescents and adults with acute, chronic, and complex trauma with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). While this is only one tool in my toolbox, I find it to be the most effective and efficient, specifically for adults motivated in their treatment.
I work with individuals with a wide variety of mental health symptoms, histories and experiences. I have been described as having a grounding presence as well as a supportive yet firm demeanor. I provide a genuine healing experience, which my clients describe as refreshing from the traditional therapeutic experience.
