Everyday communication habits, and savvy conflict skills will be rehearsed in the group and ready for the real world right away. Not currently meeting but available for hire. This group has 4 week condensed version for Women Grad Students, an 8 week version and shorter versions tailor made to your church, workplace, or club.

Conflict Tools Demo Night (couples)

Bring a date to this demo night for a step by step coaching of how to talk through what happened in a conflict with Gottman research backed process. We use the Aftermath tool, with my annotations, and send it home with you to use right away! Coaching done with gentle redirection as needed, and a sense of humor.
