My practice is grounded in an experiential, emotionally focused approach to healing, drawing from transformative modalities such as AEDP, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) mindfulness, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and Somatic Experiencing.
I work with adult couples and individuals seeking to strengthen emotional bonds, deepen connection and experience greater intimacy with all of life. I specialize in helping individual clients building satisfying relationships with themselves, others and the world at large.
