My approach is strengths based- focused on effective interventions which is what I have found clients need to unleash their potential for positive outcomes. I am dedicated to providing clients a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment for what they need and want to work on through counseling. The practice is offering Telehealth sessions only at this time.
It's been a privilege and honor to have served clients from 3 to over 80 years old. I offer a range of services including: stress management, emotional regulation, childhood traumas and relationship issues. I am also the only therapist speaks Mandarin Chinese in the region of Inland Northwest.
