***In-person openings for CT residents*** Therapy can and should be an enriching place to safely begin the process of healing and growth. Therapy requires dedication and a willingness to touch both dark and light areas of your life, and it is my goal to help you move through both worlds safely and supportively. While we cannot predict our future, we can be present in the journey. My goal is to help clients feel empowered by their work in therapy, obtain personal growth, awareness, and fulfillment, and ultimately lead a more balanced, peaceful, and rewarding life however that may look to each person.
I have worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and needs in a variety of settings, including hospitals, prisons, colleges, non-profit agencies and private practice. I have extensive training in trauma and abuse, women specific issues, and I am trained in EMDR.
Additionally, I offer therapy to therapists, as well as supervision services to therapists working towards their LCSW/LICSW licensure.
