I have been in practive over 30 years working with Adults, Adolescents, Couples, and Families. I have helped many people in recovery from stress, the "blues", addictive/compulsive behaviors, substance abuse, mid life transition, divorce, and divorce transition, coparenting in single and blended families.
I also specialize in collaborative divorce coaching and co-parenting mediation for couples going through separation and divorce. My aim is to assist clients to find healthy solutions to individual, marital, and family issues. My primary interest is in facilitating change.
