Sarah Wood, MS, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Claremont
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. Do you want to break free of the painful and traumatic experiences of your past? You deserve to get the help you need. My practice is dedicated to helping people move beyond trauma and create positive changes in their lives. I can help you learn new ways of coping with life's challenges, improve your relationship with yourself and with others, and restore balance to your body and mind. In a supportive and nonjudgmental space, we will work together to discover your individual path towards healing and personal growth.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual trauma, or are adult children of alcoholics and dysfunctional families. I am experienced in the use of Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), a somatic approach that helps restore balance to the body and mind after traumatic experiences.
Because the right fit is crucial to successful therapy, I offer a free consultation to determine if I am the right therapist for you. My rate is $100/session, and I provide a sliding scale to clients on an as-needed basis. I do not accept insurance; cash/check only.
