I believe that the work of therapy is about developing a healthy relationship with oneself and with other people in your community in order to live a good and meaningful life. By providing a safe and non-judgmental environment, I can help you achieve this goal. I primarily work with women before, during and after pregnancy regarding issues of infertility and postpartum; with individuals, couples, families and small groups. My main practice is home-based.
I can help address issues such as post partum depression, postpartum anxiety, issues with infertility, life transitions, relationship issues, anger management, social issues, self-esteem, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, parenting and child/adolescent development and personal growth.
I have had experience working with adults in private practice as well as children/adolescents in school environments, and in private practice. I have run child-based groups addressing issues including self-esteem, socialization and anger management. I have also run adult groups focusing on parent/adult child relationships as well as grief and loss.
