I’ve done this for 16 years, and I still love it. Over the last decade and a half, I have been fortunate to work with teens, adults, couples, and families. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic interventions, including EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, allowing me to effectively address things like anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD.
Change is hard for us; sometimes, we just need help processing and moving through the new things in our life. I am here to help you anywhere along the path – whether it’s a new job, graduation, marriage, a break-up, divorce, having a baby, or end-of-life care.
The therapeutic relationship is my top priority. I have years of experience and a lot of training, but it really comes down to helping you feel safe, seen, and heard. You will never experience shame or judgment from me. You are the expert on your life, and I will work with you to create an actionable plan for change.
