I work with adolescents and adults surrounding difficulties with anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, parenting, and managing the stresses of college or work or striving to find your own work-life balance. I will work together with you, both as a guide and as your team member, to help you set goals and work to meet those personal goals. I will help you to not only alleviate your symptoms as quickly as possible, but will help you to understand the causes of your difficulties sufficiently so that you will less likely experience a re-emergence of symptoms as soon as therapy ends.
I have extensive experience in providing psychological evaluations to clients of all ages. Through these evaluations, I help my clients obtain accommodations needed for school and standardized examinations, improve performance at school and work, and improve relationships with peers and family. Accurate diagnosis is the first step in effective treatment.
I am passionate about the "whole" person, taking a comprehensive, collaborative approach with services. I work together with other professionals within the medical and educational field to ensure that my clients have the best care possible with their providers working together as a team.
