I have had much success over the years, working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds. I hear your story, and provide consistent support and guidance with compassion and no judgment. Together we get to the roots of your core issues and work on ways for you to heal. As your therapist, I strive to see all aspects of you: emotional, mental, physical, familial, social, spiritual. Every person has a life story. To tell that story and be deeply heard by a compassionate, supportive person, with no judgment, is an important part of therapy, bringing a sense of immediate connection and relief, and sustained positive change.
I adapt my approach as necessary (talk, family systems, cognitive behavioral). I sometimes use breathing techniques and guided meditation. This helps with anxiety, depression, brain fog, and stress.
