Do you have a child with emotional or behavioral challenges who has not benefited from traditional therapies? Looking for support for your teen who is resistant to talk? Are you finding yourself again and again in serious need of your own self care? You've come to the right place! A common myth is that you have to be a talented artist or a child to benefit from art therapy treatment. Not true at all! If you can scribble or make stick figures, art therapy is for you! Art can unlock doors to healing when words are not enough.
I help children, teens, adults, ages two and up through an integrative approach. Clients learn to generate healthy thinking, emotional, social, and behavior patterns using creative mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy strategies and developmentally appropriate art therapy techniques.
We have two sensory-friendly locations. Our Ponte Vedra Beach studio, near Nocatee, is within an autism treatment facility. Our centralized Riverside area studio serves the Jacksonville area. Contact me for a complimentary consultation and to see if art therapy is right for you. Learn more at
