I am passionate about the work I do as a therapist, and I respect each person's struggle and strengths.
Understanding our own motivations, emotions and cultural influences helps us to better clarify and achieve our goals. Personal growth is exciting, rewarding and possible for everybody. I have experienced my own growth as a former attorney, a mother of two, and as a part-time piano teacher and composer. I understand relationship and work stress.
At this time, I am conducting most sessions through video. I have been surprised how well video works. I have found I can still form bonds and read body language and tone, and that clients seem open and comfortable. Whether in person or on video, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment in which all issues can be explored in confidence.
