Although my experience is broad, I currently specialize in child / adolescent therapy. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents with a range of different learning difficulties such as attention challenges (ADD/ ADHD), behavior concerns (ODD), compulsive behavior (OCD), and Autism.
Prior to being a psychologist I worked in the field of Education for 16 years as a Special Education teacher and I currently work as an Administrator in public education. Anger Management
This group focuses on developing positive coping skills for individuals struggling with daily frustrations and anger. As a group we will focus on the specific triggers that lead to frustration and anger. As well as the ways these emotions drive behaviors. The course is designed to assist in identifying the triggers that elicit frustration and anger as well as to develop coping skills to change these behaviors.
