I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, Adlerian Psychology, and Solutions-Focused Therapy. I am also trained in clinical hypnosis, and I use this therapeutic tool when clinically appropriate. Additionally, I provide psychological testing to clarify diagnostic uncertainty, assess cognitive functioning, and identify personality traits.
