Kathryn S. Castle, PhD, LMHC, ACS, DCC in Rochester
We all struggle at times. Whether you're feeling lost, confused, anxious, depressed, abandoned, angry, jealous, or alone, I can help. I believe the strength you need is within you and that with support and guidance, you can change your life. I provide a warm and comforting presence, as well as the mental and emotional space, resources, and tools you need to take back the power you've lost in your life. When you change what you can, accept what you can't, and appreciate life for its ups and downs, your life will be more fulfilling and productive.
I help you learn how to experience and effectively manage uncomfortable emotions so that you can stop avoiding and move forward more positively. You also learn how to speak up for yourself, and be more focused on the present, where you actually can make changes in your attitudes and behaviors.
To help you accomplish this, I provide a safe, neutral space and time to take a step back and work on your life, not just in your life. I offer day or evening hours as well as the option to interact online via video within an encrypted, secure site.
