Brenda Giron, MS, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Rancho Cucamonga
You would like to improve your relationship with your loved one. If you are having difficulty communicating, arguing, or avoiding one another and it has become a pattern it is not a healthy relationship. Professional counseling can help increase communication and intimacy in your relationship. If your loved one is not ready for counseling, as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am trained to see one partner to improve your marriage. I have 15 years of experience counseling singles and couples dating, living together or married.
I offer an eclectic approach in counseling derived from evidence based treatments that include Cognitive Behavioral therapy that is successful in treating anxiety and depression. Evaluating how your thoughts affect your mood is key to relating positively with others. Through Solution Focus therapy, I focus on solutions and what is working in your relationships.
I offer a sliding fee scale for people with financial hardship and reduce fee for college students, victims of crime, seniors and veterans. My practice motto is: "Time to Live Your Life." Your life is precious and you and your loved ones deserve peace, hope, and happiness. Call (424) 248-5486 to make an appointment.
