If you suffer from constant negative thoughts and want to learn to manage your thinking in a healthy manner and live a happy life this group is for you. I will teach you about evidence-based, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to better understand your thoughts, where they come from and how to challenge them. Group sessions include relaxation skills and art therapy. Next closed group begins Fall 2017 with limit of 6 people for 8 sessions.
