I offer practical strategies and activities to help children, teens and families meet their goals and improve their lives. Modalities used include Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Triple P Parenting, Play Therapy, and Therapeutic Art Activities.
As a parent I understand the worries and frustrations often associated with the enormous job of parenting. Parent participation is encouraged as this can result in better long term outcomes. I always provide explanations and education regarding how and why the strategies and activities offered work so well.
