I am an individual and couples therapist dedicated to helping clients gain new perspectives in order to improve communication and intimacy within their relationships. My ideal clients are ready to release themselves from patterns and habits that just don't work and they need a new game plan. My hope is to help my clients work on goals that we set together and guide them along the process of achieving them.

We explore family dynamics, relationship history, and gender roles that may have created issues within your relationship.
For clients seeking help with intimacy issues, we can focus on gaining comfort and confidence with your sexuality or improving intimacy. Therapy can also focus on disorders of sexual arousal, desire, and pain. We will work towards gaining insight on your presenting problem and using discussions and exercises to help achieve your therapy goals.
