I am interested in helping you to not only achieve your goals, but to provide lifelong tools for experiencing greater balance and fulfillment and to help you resolve past circumstances that impede living life to its fullest. I bring a diverse training in multiple modalities to our work together including EMDR, Brain-spotting, and Mindfulness and I integrate these with traditional cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches for optimal healing. I offer Mindfulness Meditation classes to further deepen personal growth and healing.
