Columbia Therapy and Wellness, EdS, LPC, Counselor in Columbia
I enjoy working with individuals and couples to overcome the challenges they face. It is my belief that healing and growth are always possible and that these are ongoing processes. Sometimes, we may need a little help and support through this process. I strive to make therapy a safe place for people to explore and gain greater insights into what is actually occurring within themselves and their relationships, and to discover new ways of experiencing themselves, others, and the world.
I take an integrated approach to therapy, drawing most notably from Systemic, Experiential, Interpersonal, and Cognitive Behavioral models. I have experience working with couples, individuals, families and adolescents for a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, anger, relationship concerns, loss, life transitions, personal growth, and many others.
I offer you respect and autonomy, a comfortable environment in which you can be truly heard, convenient evening and Saturday appointment times, professional insights and feedback, and a calm, accepting presence. Ultimately, the answers and resources exist within you. It is my goal to help you discover them.
