It is my belief that the therapeutic process is meant to be a collaborative effort; a partnership between client and therapist. It is of the utmost importance that a sense of comfort and open communication be established in the therapeutic relationship, as a foundation to accomplish the desired changes.
While the journey toward change is often not an easy one, I try to use a variety of strategies and techniques to focus your awareness on the moment, plan how to move forward constructively, without losing sight of where you have come from. I hope to help you be able to develop a positive sense of self.
In my practices I treat both young adults and adults, individuals and couples. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety, low self esteem, eating disorders and infertility issues. It is a sign of the greatest strength to be able to ask for help. I look forward to connecting with you.
