Welcome! I know that we are living in some challenging times. There is a profound sense of burnout we are all feeling these days. When you couple that with depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss, it can feel overwhelming. There is hope. By sharing your challenges and learning new ways to cope, improvement and recovery are possible. I am a psychotherapist who provides online therapy to adults, adolescents, and families. I have been practicing social work for 30 years. I hold a Master's Degree and a Doctoral Degree in Social Work and am licensed in Maine as a clinical social worker.
I work with individuals (adolescents and adults) struggling with acute trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, mood instability, attachment issues, and adjustment issues. I provide confidential services online with flexible hours.
