In my practice, I strive to help clients define and understand their obstacles, set reasonable goals and empower them to make improvements in their lives. Throughout treatment, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space, allowing clients to work at a pace that is comfortable for them. By sharing my positive energy and enthusiasm, I give clients the support and encouragement they need to create change.

I am a California State Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT #89700), Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I am a Clinical Member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, Postpartum Support International and International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
