My goal is to support those seeking more peace, balance, and connectivity in their lives. As a therapist with 15+ years of experience, my specialty lies in working with adult individuals challenged by mood issues, anxiety, attention difficulties, stress, grief, relationships, transitions & past trauma. Our sessions will utilize practical & supportive tools to help you feel grounded, gain insight & create positive changes for yourself.
My approach is holistic, relational & trauma-informed. I utilize a variety of practices to support healthy coping & resolve. Such work may include Mindfulness-Based techniques, CBT, EMDR, Somatic Awareness, Attachment Psychology, Health Psychology, and Nervous System Regulation tools, all of which can help you strengthen your own internal resources.
