Teen girls 14-17 years old, are welcome to join our teen group that will be dealing with the following issues: peer relationships; bullying; not fitting in; emotional (anger, depression, fear, anxiety); family (divorce, separation, siblings, parental conflict); school ; self image/low self esteem; social anxiety; etc. The group setting provides interaction with like minded peers, and is a place where girls can share and learn from one another. It can also encourage the management of difficult feelings, discovery of personal strengths, increase family interaction, and increase self confidence and communication.
