I use parts work to identify and understand unhealed wounds. This work views the psyche as having "inner parts" that are possibly misguided but serving a purpose that requires compassion, curiosity and care to function more effectively. My clients report feeling less burdened and broken by using this modality to process shame, grief, guilt and trauma.
