I have worked with a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. I have helped many children, adolescents, and adults overcome obstacles in their lives and achieve their goals in life. I believe that change is possible if you are willing to commit to therapy and make different choices. I have helped many depressed and anxious people of all ages. Each person has had difficulty coping with stressors. Together, we are able to face life's stressors and process them in a manner that is more manageable. I create a nurturing, supportive, compassionate environment in which to utilize a broad spectrum of approaches.
My background includes working in crisis management, fostercare/adoption issues, and a community mental health center. Also, I ran an anxiety group for nearly ten years.This experience has prepared me to work with people on depression, trauma, anxiety, school issues, parenting skills, anger management, stress management, coping skills, and sexual abuse.
