Holistic Psychotherapy addresses all aspects of our being-physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. My goal, in using this modality, is to help clients restore their sense of well-being and vitality. Therefore, in addition to talk therapy, I offer various meditation, relaxation and mind/body techniques, assisting clients in gently moving through depression, anxiety, stress, poor self-esteem and other issues, which prevent them from achieving their full potential.
