I've learned that therapy works best when we can be two real people having an open, ongoing conversation in the room together. I specialize in treating adults, teens and couples struggling with anxiety, stress management, relationships/dating issues, depressive symptoms or simply seeking change. My approach is authentic, safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and I absolutely love the work I do. I will actively work with you toward quick relief of symptoms while we address the long-standing limiting beliefs that have been obstacles to your emotional wellness. Other areas of focus: LGBT, past trauma, self-esteem issues, creative/performing artists, college/grad students, executives.
My approach is primarily modern Psychodynamic, meaning we will work to "make the unconscious conscious" while building a safe and trusting relationship with one another.
