My treatment approach blends elements from Anger Management, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Relapse Prevention, Substance Abuse Counseling, Trauma-Related Counseling, and 12-step philosophy as well as others listed under Treatment Approach. They are evidenced-based and highly effective. The assessment and treatment plan dictate the modality.
