As a psychotherapist in the South Austin area, I counsel adults, with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, and grief and loss. It is my desire to facilitate your transformation, healing, and growth toward wholeness. With compassion and intuition, I guide the process to facilitate your healing and growth. I will lead you through imaginal exercises that facilitate inner connection, which can create powerful shifts in your emotions and behaviors. My work is informed by principles from Jungian psychology (DreamWork) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
For those desiring a deeper dive, I offer an intensive retreat-like experience, virtual and in person, which can include energy work, Contemplative and Esoteric spirituality, Intuitive Tarot readings and ceremony.
