This Process Group will focus on growth in awareness, relapse prevention, healing & letting go of past and current trauma (events, people, places, things) which are creating emotional pain.Participants will write a short (1 - 2 page) account of a painful incident from their lives, then bring their incident to Group for processing and healing. Additional Group focus will include gaining skills, knowledge and practice in: Stress Reduction, Spirituality, Meditation, Self Esteem, Confidence, Living Happy & Joyful Lives, Sobriety Issues and other Concerns.
