My specialty is providing a confidential, relaxed and tranquil atmosphere to guiding you toward your goals. I assist individuals who have experienced a trauma(s). I am able to assist with various modalities: cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and a person-centered format. I currently have availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; call me for a brief consultation.
I have successfully treated individual's with anxiety, depression, and trauma through EMDR therapy. EMDR therapy can also assist with relational challenges within the family, social peer groups, and over-all relational issues as a result of the life's changes from trauma. I have a sliding scale and accept many types of insurances.
I am trained in EMDR Levels I & II and I have found clients have experienced success with this treatment modality. I also utilize relaxation and art therapy exercises.
