Over my years of experience, I have developed a strong aspiration in assisting teenagers navigate the challenges of teen years. My therapeutic style is eclectic in order to meet the needs of the client, but tend to incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
I have been privileged to assist young woman in coping with a variety of personal issues stemming from a multitude of external/internal situations.
