Creative Healing Practice & Studio, LCSW, RYT, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Lawrenceville
Living with pain, suffering, depression, anxiety and shame is more common than you might think. Stress affects everyone in different ways. You may function at a high level, yet feel disconnected from your self and others. You may notice that there is wounding around your unique voice and self expression so people pleasing & care-taking are your default. You might repeat certain behaviors that you know you want to stop but feel powerless to do that. Experience and research now show that mental distress, trauma and post traumatic stress symptoms affect people in ways previously unaddressed, therefore causing unnecessary suffering.
Do you distract from feelings or shut down your emotions? This is directly linked to painful beliefs and behaviors passed down unconsciously through generations within society. We now know that understanding our emotions is essential to you feeling good and that learning to witness your pain compassionately is healthy!
Going through these feelings alone recreates the same patterns and frustrating circumstances. It also perpetuates the belief that no one gets you. I truly care about your well-being and have helped many to feel relief, healing and understanding. Please contact me if you'd like authentic and genuine support.

Creative Healing Practice & Studio's Groups

Creative Healing Biweekly Group

This is a Group for Women, ready for support in a likeminded therapeutic group. Painting, Expressive arts and Yoga are used to process emotions around Relationships, Body Image, Post Traumatic Stress and many other topics and concerns. Many clients feel at some point they would like to take their individual therapy experience further and the benefit of a group is that it accelerates healing. The work within a group translates to the outside world and our most intimate relationships as we learn to trust and receive from others. This sharing together is what directly deepens our compassion and connection.
