Creative Healing Practice & Studio, LCSW, RYT, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Lawrenceville
Are you looking for support in your current relationship? People in relationships seek therapy for many different reasons. You may find that regardless of how many times you address a topic, you still cannot come to a resolution. Maybe there are power struggles, hurt feelings, or you both are feeling misunderstood on a daily basis. Problems with emotional, physical and sexual intimacy are common in many relationships and most of us never learned how to cultivate connection. We assumed it just "happened" and also didn't learn that certain life events require fine tuning how we relate to one another.
I share my experience working with clients for 10 years as well as my own journey toward having a healthy relationship. I believe each person has a wise self that wants to love and be loved and that we are all capable of achieving this.
After years uncovering the secrets to healthy relationships, I learned that it wasn't that healthy couples don't fight. It's that healthy couples know how to repair the connection afterward. I share techniques that help repair your relationship and teach how to live within a loving partnership.
