I am a registered art therapist and professional clinical counselor and enjoy working collaboratively with clients to harness your own personal empowerment. I help to teach clients how to embrace wellness techniques, while building awareness, in order to reach your own therapeutic goals.
I work in a variety of areas including expressive therapies/art therapy, trauma issues, sexual violence, addictions, domestic violence, mood/anxiety concerns and caregiver concerns. I provide clinical services in the form of individual, family and groups. I also provide LPCC supervision for new professionals seeking licensure.
In addition, I believe the mind and body connection is an essential component in the work that I do with my clients. I have completed the Gestalt Training Program and have advanced training in physical process and other mindfulness practices. I love what I do, and I look forward to connecting with you.
