**Not currently accepting new clients** I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I provide a warm, safe, caring environment in which clients can feel understood and supported. Working from a strengths-based perspective, I use a variety of approaches, including narrative therapy, mindfulness techniques, interpersonal dynamics, and motivational interviewing to help clients discover new ways of thinking.
It can be daunting to reach out for help when you are feeling overwhelmed, but the rewards can be heartening and bring much comfort. Everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental place in which to learn more about themselves and to explore obstacles preventing them from living the life they desire.
