I am a practicing licensed clinician for over 17 years in an outpatient hospital setting along with my private practice. My goal is to create a safe environment where you can discuss and move through your uneasy feelings. My population is diverse and I believe that developing a trusting relationship with one's therapist is priority. I understand that life can be challenging at times, and we need someone to help us through our journey.
Certified in EMDR and BRAINSPOTTING therapy. I utilize it in my practice to help clients explore and process their trauma, anxiety, distressing memories, nightmares, insomnia, complex PTSD, phobias, loss, abuse and other traumatic events. My clients gain relief more rapidly with these powerful therapies.
Many patients who have experienced slow progress in the past, or who have not benefitted from more traditional therapies, have expressed relief of having found a treatment that has worked for them. I believe in empowering my clients to make healthy decisions on their own and learn strategies for coping with everyday life stressors.
