My style of counseling emphasizes the importance of developing relationships based on mutual respect, honesty, and trust. I employ an eclectic approach with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. Together we will explore your unique issues.
I offer individual, and group counseling for all types of concerns. Working with Mood Disorders, including Depression, Anxiety, Panic, and Obsessive Compulsive issues, is a professional strength of mine. Other specialties are Personal Growth, Men's Issues, Trauma recovery, grief support and Dementia Care Giver Support.
Mood Disorder symptoms can successfully be treated through mindfulness introspective work in combination with the use mindfulness coping skills. It is most useful to gear the work to what feels safe and helpful to the client. Appointments available at my Grants Pass offices.
