My name is Johnny R. Ybarra and I'm a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in San Antonio Texas, and nationally recognized by NAADAC as a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) and a Department of Transportation - Substance Abuse Professional (DOT-SAP).
