Nancy Miller, LMHC, Counselor in Clearwater
My passion is to provide practical help to children and families who are struggling to overcome the challenges of relationships, parenting, work/school, behavioral, and emotional issues. I specialize in working with children 0-17 and their parents to address parenting and behavioral issues as well as Childhood Disorders. My approach is to equip, coach, and empower parents and individuals to be powerful change agents within their family and lives.
I also specialize in working with children 0-6 who have experienced trauma, have developmental delays, and/or social/emotional/behavioral issues. I believe that every child is inherently resilient and that through early interventions your child can flourish, heal, and grow. I am a member of the Florida Association for Infant Mental Health (FAIMH).
For the past 15 years I have worked in a variety of private and social services settings offering counseling, behavioral consultations, parent coaching, mentoring, career counseling, crisis stabilization, pre-marital counseling, preschool teacher training, parenting skills workshops/classes, and mental health case management.
