New tools, techniques and self-assessments are introduced to facilitate discussion and self-awareness. Book discussions are also introducted and between-meeting exercises may be provided as well. Mindfully Managing Anxiety

Group meets on the fourth Thursday of every month, in a small-group setting, to effectively manage the triggers that activate worry, anxiety, and panic. The experience is engaging and rewarding! Small-group interactions, experiential learning, and mindfulness-based and cognitive-based techniques are introduced. Topics such as empowerment, self-esteem, self-confidence, assertiveness, public speaking, conflict-management, relationship management, etc. are addressed, depending on the needs of the group. Self-assessments, articles, book reviews, meditation, breath work, essential oil therapy, and other holistic therapies and between-meeting exercises may be introduced as part of the experience. Initial assessment ($75) required prior to group participation.
