Issues range from: dealing with addiction,change, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, co-dependency, drugs, eating disorders, self-esteem, infidelity, grief, loss, life coaching, wellness, and unexpected life's problems and transitions. My treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral both supportive and collaborative. I welcome you to take that first step.
