We are living through a difficult time right now. As a young student nurse, I was taught that we were overdue for a pandemic. Forty years later here we are. Feeling threatened by a micro-organism we cannot see. Then there is the uncertainty of how it will end and conflicting messages that bombard you. Your thoughts trigger your feelings.
