Couples come to therapy often feeling frustrated, defensive, hurt and angry. I help individuals, couples and families negotiate differences, clarify values and create a culture of kindness and possibility. My specializations include couples work, women's life transitions, infertility, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, maternal well-being, intermarriage and parenting. People of all sexual orientations and gender identities welcomed.
I welcome couples and adult individuals of all ages to my collaborative, non-judgmental, humor and insight-oriented therapy practice. As a rabbi I offer spiritual, premarital, wedding and bereavement counseling and officiation of weddings, funerals and baby-namings. The wisdom gleaned from years of Buddhist studies and yoga practice informs my therapy work.
