In addition to working to achieve progress on individual therapeutic goals, we will work to help you find inner peace, make healthy and adaptive changes and function better in your relationships with others.
I specialize in Psychodynamic and Attachment Theory, but I also incorporate aspects of Humanistic, Family Systems, Existential and Solution-Focused therapies in my work. I focus on each individual and his/her specific goals, and I customize my therapeutic approach for each client.
Therapy can be short-term, focusing on specific concerns, or longer-term, addressing more complex issues and ongoing personal growth. It takes courage to reach out and begin this journey, but it is a step worth taking.
