I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety.
I enjoy working with adults who desire to build their self-esteem and communication skills. Having received my MA in Theology, I find it enriching to bring in elements of faith into the session and will do Christian faith-based counseling if the client so desires.
I believe that therapy is a transformative experience for those who commit to process through past hurts, gain healthy coping skills, and move forward in life and in their relationships with a better sense of self. Therapy can be hard work at times, but is well worth the effort and investment.
